what we did
We follow visual artist Éder Oliveira—a native of Timboteua, in northeastern Pará—throughout the creative process of his intervention on one of the walls of the Ling Institute. With his characteristic monochromatic palette, Oliveira brings a riverside landscape to the Ling Institute to engage with themes such as the floods in Rio Grande do Sul and the fragility of the Amazon biome. The work is part of the "Ling Presents" project, curated this year by Vânia Leal.
