what we did
The centennial of Maurício Sirotsky Sobrinho, founder of Grupo RBS and radio legend, was celebrated with the unveiling of a statue and a televised ceremony attended by authorities and opinion makers, conducted by René Goya.
Caio Amon provided musical direction and arranged a custom show for the event, reviving the beloved Radio Era on stage with a remarkable 10-piece big band, a tribute to Elis Regina, and a tribute to singer Maria Helena Andrade. The opening jingle of Maurício Sobrinho's original program was restored and rearranged in all its originality and period language.
The event was covered by several national media outlets, with appearances on Jornal Nacional, RBS TV, and Zero Hora.
